A This greatly depends on how quickly you provide us with feedback, but the average time is about a week.

When can I cancel my service?A
You can cancel your Master Sumo Package service after one year. If you cancel before that, we will have to bill you for the remaining payments, as the price for the custom design and provided up-front services is distributed between the 12 monthly payments.Q
When can I change my plan?A
After one year you can change your plan. If you downgrade to a Fat Sumo Package, you will be able to keep your custom design, but you will lose all features that are not included in the Master Sumo Package. If you downgrade to our Skinny Sumo Package, you won't be able to keep your custom design, but you can convert your site to any of our stock designs while preserving your site content.Q
Can I take my design and host it someplace else?A
